In the selection of chair mold steel, such products are of higher requirements for appearance, and the surface of the product requires high brightness. Therefore, the choice of mold material is not important, it is not to say that the higher the price, the better. Different products have different requirements for steel. Most of our recommendations are: P20, 718, 2738, 2316, NAK80, S136, H13, etc. It is best to use P20 and 718 for the chair mold. The price of the product is reasonable. It can also make the surface of the product reach a certain degree of finish. The internal requirements are high, especially the gears adopt 2316 and NAK80.

With our UG systems we can accept following files: TP . IGS ,DXF, DWG, Cad Key PPT ,STL, UG files ,etc.

4.What kind of steel do you use for plastic moulds ?

We can use any type of steel appointed by customer or popular in the market , such as P20, 718,8407,NAK80,H13,S136, din 2738, etc .

5.Can you provide the steel certification and heat -treatment certification ?

Yes , we can provide both for you .

6.Can you make the texture /text /heat -treatment /nitriding for the injection pastic molds ?

7.How long is the lead-time for a plastic injection mold ?

It depends on the mold's size and complexity . Normally , the lead time is 52-45days . If your plastic mould is very simple and not big size , we can work out within 15 days .

9.How do you pack the finished plastic moulds?

We pack the plastic mould with wooden box .

First step: We daub some rust preventive oil on the mould .

Second step: We pack the mold within plastic film to avoid moisture .

Third step: We put this plastic film packed mold in a wooden box and fix it avoid any movement .
