Our speciality is the prototyping and short run production of small-to-mid size complex parts, with expert engineering support throughout the whole process.
Our precision manufacturing capabilities include:
●5-axis CNC turning with tolerances to 0.0008″ and in-line part quality testing
●4- and 5-axis CNC machining with cutting tolerances to 0.0008” and 20 sec angular position
●3- to 4-axis CNC milling with cutting tolerances to 0.0008”
We have access to an established supplier network that provides a wide array of additional professional resources to round out our full service capabilities, including heat treating, grinding, EDM and finishing.
Honpe prototyping in house surface finishing is capable of providing the best port-treatments including bead blasting and brushing, sanding and polishing, painting and printing. We also offer a wide range of special surface treatments such as laser etching, CNC engraving, anodizing ,electroplating, chrome plating and blackening, rubber spraying, metal painting ect. To accomplish a whole complete process within a week and arrange VIP priority shipment methods by DHL/ FEDEX/UPS and customer could get the prototype in hand within 36hours.
