This Stainless steel padlock is made of anti rust material. You can use it outdoor.
● Lock body – stainless steel
● Locking system – Double locking
● Plug- Disc Mechanism
● Shackle – Stainless steel shackle and manganese steel, You may choose one version to suit your application. Stainless steel is better performance of anti-corrosion. However Manganese is much better performance of hardness.
● Key-Brass keys with nickel plating. The key is thick and strong, not easy to be broken.
The capacity of this range is limited. The Process of stainless steel padlock is much different from other padlocks. It takes more time to dill hole on lock body. Because the stainless steel is hard and if rotate speed of drill is too high, the drill will be hot and broken easily. The delivery time will be longer if the order QTY big.
