2. Operation Instructions:
1)The voltage of valve both ends shall not exceed 2.5~5.5V range when the system open-close valve ,otherwise it will cause the valve can not work normally or damage.
2)The driving current of valve control circuit provided can not be less than the motor peak current.
3)Valve opening process is that when White wire connects “+” pole and blue wire connects “-” pole. And the total time for opening valve is less than 1.5s.
4)Valve closing process is that when blue wire connects “+” pole and white wire connects “-” pole. And the total time for closing valve is less than 1.5s

Q1: How long is your delivery time?
A:Delivery time is depends on the total quantity of order. Normally, sample can be delivered within 15 days.
Q2: What kind of valve here is?
A:It is kind of Screw valve with DC motor to drive screw lead achieve open and close valve. It can work in 150mbar pressure condition.
Q3: What is the MOQ of your products?
A:It normally is 1000pcs/PO of the products we already mass production. But mostly our products are customized for our customers.
Q4: Where is your factory?
A:Our factory located in Zhejiang province, we are close to Shanghai airport.
Q5:What does your company need to submit a quotation?
A:After confirmed with customers on products design, we can offer mould quotation and unit price.
Q6:Why we do not have drawing here?
A:Valve always are customized to different customers. Because valves are designed according to Meter's space to assembly with. The valve pictures we showed here are just for reference. Those may not just perfect fix to your meter case.
Q7: How many piece per Carton?
A:315pcs or 160pcs, which depends on the valve design.
